Wood gives an ornament a warm, handmade feel. Our wooden ornaments are cut from thin sheet wood and personalized by engraving or printing, so each one has a natural grain that makes it slightly different from the next.
They are light enough for a thin branch and sturdy enough to survive being packed away every January. Common sizes are 4, 5 and 6 inches; the exact options for each design appear on its product page. Natural wood can show small knots or colour variation. That is part of the material, not a defect, and our FAQs explain what we do count as a fault.
Keep wooden ornaments dry and away from direct heat, and wipe them with a soft cloth. Each order is made in 1–3 business days and ships free to four countries. If the engraving is wrong because of us, or the ornament arrives cracked, contact support within 60 days for a free replacement as set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
